Chris come to san francisco hey i am a recently homeless dude ive been working on magic well for like 3 yrs and your videos have been my yellow brick road please come to sf and Misdirections Magic Shop

No shade at this shop but it looks like there's a lot of down time which means it would be a very chill place to work and just do your own magic until a customer shows up lol
this is awesome!!!! what's cooler than having someone say they'll buy something you've been eyeing out for ages or just a random person walk up to you saying I'll pay for whatever you want.. random acts kindness in motion.. and the shop owners seemed super happy too.. Awesome one Chris!!!
I would totally go to that store and just buy every coin set and deck of cards they have
send me one please,
WoW I would love to be there… Great job. Love your work. Here in Portugal I don't even know about any kind of magic store 🙁 Thank you. Please keep it up. I love to see you work.
:~( it's so rare to see people doing this… I don't want to be weird but If you want to visit Portugal give me a call, I live near the sea in a little town called Santa Cruz (Torres Vedras)
I am simple: I want the dice. They don't have to be trick dice, I collect them like other people collect family pictures. In fact, if not for my sister-in-law, I'd have more dice than family pictures, but she gives me new pictures almost every year. I love my family, I love the pictures, I just don't want to collect them. I collect dice of all shapes and sizes whenever I can! D20, D12, D4, D8, D6, D10, D100… I'm not a magician, though I love magic of almost all types (nothing harmful, though). I just saw those dice and fell in love without even knowing what they were meant for. I will now attempt to finish watching the video because I know it's going to be good. I just will still want the dice when it's all said and done, even if I could never use them if they are cheaty…
K, watched the rest of the video and was really sad at how many just walked by and didn't even listen or look. Local businesses need support, your community needs support, people need jobs that don't dehumanize them! I know so many crappy shops are now delivering, even doing your shopping for you, but is the cost really worth the actual price? I am refusing to shop online for gifts this holiday season and probably beyond. I want to see MORE local jobs, not see them shipped overseas! It is pinching a bit, because I love buying used books from the internet, but not if it costs someone local their job. I'll just make better use of my library card if I can't buy the book locally. Same with everything else: I'll shop locally before I go to any chain for at least the next month! Probably beyond, I know how hard it can be to find a job!
Chris it's cos it sound like youre gonna like enroll them in something or something
Just Rockstar. Need more of you in this world.
That was so awesome of you to do Chris. Great video, and channel and Instagram. Big fan of yours. Keep being you.
Ay, this is great. Support your local indie businesses, y'all. Now more than ever. And good on ya, Chris.
Why is Chris wearing his bad magician outfit?
This is so awesome. Growing up I was fascinated with magic. Living in a rural area made it difficult to gather the gimmicks needed. So for you to support the youth like this is amazing! You're literally bringing magic back into the world. Due to you I've started collecting cards myself. Even though it's only 8 decks now, I cant wait for my 1ST V3's to arrive soon. Thanks for being such an awesome person, you're a true role model for all! Please never stop doing what you do.
Is juli.a stooge haha i bet she is. Come on chris, come clean haha. Juli was your cousin im jk. Kinda
That was very cool brother..
What's the name of the trick shown at 2:22
Man, you rock Chris! I live in Beloeil on the south shore and it's the magic shop i get my stuff at. You really did a nice gesture i hope i get to meet you there one day!
You are an angel in the life of these heroes of magic please i will if ido get famous cause its sad to see it go like this u did something good
Really heartwarming lovely video Chris! Really enjoyed watching that. If I'm ever in Montreal I will definitely check that place out
Chris you are such a sweetheart … the good kind things you are doing for your community and for the magic store is amazing .. i'm so proud of you and i'm sure your mom is .. i would love to do this for people and pay for their things its great to pay people forward too .. god bless you Chris x
chris is da best
i dont have any magic stores in yonkers NY
i really like magic tho
hey studs u well hung
Bro! You Put A Smile On My Face! That's The Best Trick Of All…. Thanks Bro!!!!
Chris i really enjoyed this video. I like the fact that you took your time to go help locals magic and trick shops like the way you do. Also a big thumbs to speak a little bit of french, its not everyone who can understand it and speak it.
How is the blank card trick called? I've looking for it but don't know the exact name.
A lot of people are from the city so they are cautious with you thinking you could be hustling them or messing with them. Someone offering to buy you something on the street is 99.99999% of the time a lie or a scam or something not good. This was cool though. I particularly love how you were helping helping kids and the local magic shop. Fun! 🙏🏼
I wish you winned the Mr beast got talent
awesome bro! love you giving back to your peeps
Loved this vid, one of my favorites
I wish I walked past that store when u were outside, too bad I live in Pennsylvania ☹️
Dont roll a 7 haha 7s common. Why do I have a feeling that wouldnt have worked if they used 7 haha
I want free magic my country doesnt have😭
the guy that left his job is epic!!
How much do you charge for a Promotion like that?
ahhhh chris ….. i want some deck too. I save my school pocket money to buy deck. i only have 3 deck. i want your deck, but yeah… can you give me one .please..😆
Chris magic to me seems to be dead like arcade machines back in the 90's magic was sureshocker but I do get the people who want to me to perform for their party here an their but as far as street performing I think is 60% dead but if you don't advertise yourself on media you wont get far … Back in the days magicians use to be more friendly now they act as if they are superior wisdom and act like they special and feel like they think they better than old school magicians… Im a magician but no way near your talent cause the gimmicks keep following me evreywhere I go
13:35 "How good is your life if you are just like: No. I've got everything…". Well, they are already living in Canada.
So sad you can't even give things away nobody trust people
This is great.
Goes to show that Quebec people have no happiness . LOL. Always in a bad mood, not wanting to talk to people. I was born in Quebec, I am allowed to say this.
I'm in Michigan and I dont think I've ever seen one here. I always play little pranks on my kids so I'll have to try and find one.
AWESOMEEEE VIDEOOOO 🔥🔥🔥🔥
You should do this again this is not just supporting magicians, it is also supporting the magic store which seems pretty nice with you!
haha this was fantastic – loved it!
When did Conor McGregor started doing magic?
J'adore t'entendre parler en français! Tu devrais le faire plus souvent
Tip bloke #Chris Ramsay giving back to the community 👍👍👍
97k views.wow why !.%this is the best vlog in a while.only 97k views.hmm
One of these days I will go to Canada just to go to this magic shop. I actually have been buying magic tricks from my local magic shop in Singapore for 4 years called Magic Castle (No relation to the Magic Castle in California)
There’s another magic shop in Singapore that I have not gone to yet called Ang House Of Magic
This made my day
I absolutely love this video and Chris Ramsay. I love how you give back. I use to love to learn magic and do trucks with my kids but have neuropathy in my hands for to my diabetes so now I love vicariously through you. Lol. Love from Michigan.
Dude this is the love for magic every magician should spread ❤️🙏🏼
It’s so hard to give away. Free stuff
it probably would've been more successful if you were showing some tricks outside of the store to bring people in.
If I was there😢😭😭I could have cleaned up the whole store😂😂God bless Chris man his the one for this🔥
You should attract people by doing street magic for them then entice them to go into the shop
When you are from CT and there is literally not one magic shop in your state. 🙂
i thought you were from canada
Chris, you're the man. I really want to be like you one day. Not in the magic sense, but in the 'im so good at what I do, it made me rich, and now I can throw financial support and happiness at the people I love' sense.
Closest store near me is spectram… still too late for the 1st 😂😭
If only i'd be there i will go in lol..
magician's santa clause>>>
I know ive been. Late for bout a month but PLEASE chris can you give me a deck of card with your authograph… TREASURE FOR ME 😍😍
We don't have a Magic Store in our County we have to travel 45 minutes on the train to visit it so we have to buy online mostly
For the child Chris should have thrown in 2 decks of cards, maybe one trick deck and then one or two books on card tricks and card games. If Chris could have signed the books or the cases of the decks of cards and posted the video before the kids show and tell he could have shown the video in class and that would have gotten more kids to come to the store. On top of that, having two identical decks of cards are much better than two times as great as just having one deck of cards. The number of card tricks you can do, games you can play and just stuff in general is closer to ten fold the fun of a single deck! Those single act props tend to only be used a hand full of times and before they are 100% ready to do putting people off from magic. Those cards on the other hand at the very worst can be used to play card games for the rest of their life if they decide they don't like magic. On the other hand, if you give them a good book and encourage them to practice a lot before the performance if they nail it then they will continue with the book and likely come back to the shop for another book or trick. It is then when they can purchase some gimmicked props to help pad out their act and they can pick out ones that they like and maybe go along with the other tricks they have learned. Chris can even pick out the cards or use a few of his own decks.
I think Chris should buy a few sets of cards in bulk and pick out a matching magic book for beginners and get 2 or 3 that are a bit more advanced. Every body who passes the store gets asked if they have a child under 16 or so and if they would be interested in magic. Chris can then give them the signed books and say If your child likes magic, come back to the shop with this book within the next 2 months and your next item is half off. That would get people to come by, or you can do something like provide mini performances there a few times a year and every one who buys something at the magic shop gets 4 tickets for the show (if they have more kids in the family they can get extras). That would also get people to come out to the shop and you can film the meet and greet for your video so it's either a business expense or a charity event.
Chris can also do more "slip into the store and buy things for people" events. It might be nice for the person in the store to call some one they know that they think likes magic the most and have them ask if there are any magic items they would want. Chris could then buy the items and sign one. The great thing about this is that he can also stop people passing by the store outside and ask them if they know anyone who likes magic or card tricks. I really think the card tricks thing is more on brand anyway and is a better way to draw people into both the hobby and the store.
wow how can someone say no to getting free stuff? XD , if that wuld happen to me i wuld get so much cool stuff
Bruh imagine walking into a magic shop and Chris is behind the counter… I'd be like "I need a bigger bag" lol
I'm ashamed to say that this magic shop is 2 street corner away from where I live.
I'll be dropping by and ask the staff for their advice to help me get started on learning some magic tricks.
Thanks for being a great guide and constantly reminding us to make the tricks our own, rather than plagiarizing other performers acts.
New viewer and very beginner on magic. Love your videos, especially these! Love how you spread the love, keep it up bro, can't wait to get some of those 1st decks!
I would've got one of all those decks of playing cards
I want the basket full of cards sooo bad !!! Or just a pack of the 1st 1st editions lol
My go to deck is my theory 11 neil Patrick harris deck… they're such AMAZING cards, with their own mystery lol
This one lol
This is kinda random but I was just jokingly doing a magic trick sence I am getting into that kind of stuff so I went threw them then pick the kind of diamonds then shuffled a bit mind you it was not the top card and I got the king of diamonds like what
Great video. Love your videos.
i'm from brazil and a normal bicycle card deck is very expensive, and our national decks have terrible quality. I'm impressed when people have the opportunity to get anything from this store and just ignore it.
Dope video man, just getting into magic and would love to do stuff like this one day. 👌
I am broke and i cannot afford a deck of cards sadly
Chris.. Man I dig these videos of the magic shop you’ve helped out! Awesome!
so fucking WHOLESOME
Hi, greetings from pakistan. I have been following you for a year now and your passion to magic has really driven me to do something here but here we don't have any magic shop even in the big cities there are no shops selling momento mori or even a simple bycycle deck. Not only that, there is no amazon or ebay here so its like an impossible task to find even s single good deck here
Jeez, seems so hard to actually give it away….how can the store even survive if folks won't even go for as much free stuff as they want. My heart bleeds TBH. Is Magic so 'not cool' these days?
The best thing is that you made everybody a winner Chris!
Thought Canadians were supposed to too nice lotta rude ones here
I’ve never seen a magic shop in my area… I’m sad by this.
19:53 tf, is that Gavin Free? lmao
here in VT we don't have much but I do magic and I hope to have a magic shop open near me soon. Chris Ramsay this is to you: feel free to come to Vermont and do some street magic or something. And possibly make a video. you are an inspiration.
Chris that is the coolest thing somone can do support local non online
Amazing as always kind sir!!!!
next time you go to a magic shop can I go with you hahaha
Regards from France 👍🏻👏🏻 Next Time I’ll go to Canada I’ll make a stop at this Magic shop.
Man where can I find those v1cards
Hey, didn’t know you were supporting Québec and the french canadian community as much as the english one.
Merci pour ce que tu fais, j’ai cliqué “subscribe” parce que j’étais dans le “50%” du “not subscribe”.
Tu devrais, selon moi, intégrer ton français dans les vidéos que tu fais.
I seriously fell on my ass when I heard you speak french attracting customers outside in the cold. Wow; fully bilingual.
I support you, your puzzling magic channel and the things you are willing to do to share a passion you love.
The unexperienced in magic type of guy;
